Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water sprinker for the top of the inflatable. You provide the water source and hose to reach desired location.

Level grassy area is preferred.  Please make sure yard waste including sticks is cleaned up prior to delivery. Bounce house will be staked into ground. Please make sure you pick a location that does not have underground wiring or sprinkler system.

If indoor setup or cement is only option then you must call to verify if setup is possible.  THere are other requirements needed to have a safe and smooth setup.   Units will 

Depending on the bounce house you are choosing please add additional 3ft on each side. For example 15 X 15 bounce house requires 18 X 18ft space. Space should be clear of tree limbs at least 15 ft from ground.  Also cannot be setup underneath power lines.

For insurance and liability reasons we do not allow this. We want to follow manufacture guidelines and setup a safe environment for your family and friends

If winds are above 20mph we cannot deliver unit and you will get a full refund.  If you are considering canceling due to rain forecast please call the day before or sooner. If more than 70% chance of rain we will refund your deposit if notified before delivery.  If scattered showers we recommend you keep rental, even if a small shower passes your all day rental will give you lots of time for fun.  BBouncy reserves the right to cancel and refund you if weather looks damaging and unsafe (hail etc).

Food, drinks, and absolutely NO SILLY STRING. Extra charges will apply for extra cleanup. Silly string can cause permanent damage and fines will in the thousands to replace.
